We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our busy team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in planning, budgeting, and overseeing the execution of projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, as well as managing resources and coordinating activities. The Project Manager will also be expected to provide regular updates to the Directors of the business on the progress of projects. The project manager will need to think on their feet and be able to solve problems quickly, effectively in an affable manner.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor projects from start to finish.
• Manage sites and report back to Directors.
• Develop project plans and timelines.
• Assign tasks and manage resources.
• Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are completed within budget.
• Communicate with the workforce in a professional manner and be able retain the upbeat attitude on site.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Provide regular updates on project progress.
• Full UK Driving license is essential.

Experience:
Project manager who has experience in various building techniques such as; brick and block, timber frame and ICF systems
